Jenn Connelie
Junior Girls Head Coach
Jenn Connelie began rowing in 2014 at South County High School in Lorton, Virginia. She competed in all four spring seasons of high school rowing and spent her fall season training with Stillwater Rowing Club. As a senior, she was named team captain and received the Coaches’ Award for her leadership and dedication.
Jenn went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Washington State University (Go Cougs!), where she rowed her freshman year with the women’s club team. The team competed in regattas across the Northwest and West Coast, finishing their season at ACRAs in Georgia.
In 2022, Jenn returned to the East Coast to be closer to family. Looking to reconnect with the sport and community, she joined a few Learn to Row sessions with Maine Coast. By the end of that summer, she found herself coaching in the Juniors program. Since then, Jenn has grown into her role—starting as an assistant coach and becoming the Junior Women’s Head Coach in spring 2025.
Off the water, Jenn works in the fight against food insecurity. She also enjoys baking, exploring the outdoors in Maine, and spending time with her cat, Birdie.
