Cow Island Classic Regatta

The Cow Island Classic is an annual regatta hosted by Maine Coast Rowing Association on the beautiful Androscoggin River in Brunswick, Maine. Rowers from around the Northeast compete in various small sculling (two oars) and sweep (one oar) boats on the challenging 4600-meter course around Cow Island. We host approximately 70 boats each year with juniors, masters, and collegiate rowers. The Cow Island Regatta is a community event with food, entertainment, and amazing regatta viewing.

The 21st Annual Cow Island Regatta was held on Saturday, September 14th, 2024. Registrations have closed.
