Competitive Rowing
The Masters Competitive Team is open to all rowers beyond the initial learn-to-row phase of development. Athletes develop advanced technical skills, race strategy, and fitness through structured practices on the water and land training sessions. Our coaches emphasize teamwork, consistency, and integrity.
Rowers are placed in lineups based on ability, experience, and performance, with opportunities to compete in local and regional regattas throughout the season. Coaches design workouts to challenge experienced and developing rowers alike.
Athletes will row both sculling and sweep. If you only have experience in one, we will introduce you to sculling or sweep rowing.
