What is an ergathon?

An ergathon is a classic competitive rowing and fundraising event for rowing clubs. Athletes row a full or half marathon distance on the erg while getting donations from supporters to achieve their goal.

Our Goal: $3500

The MCRA Juniors have been fundraising to purchase a utility trailer to transport necessary equipment and supplies. $3500 would get us over the last hurdle to make the purchase and to add our logo and necessary supplies to the trailer. As our team continues to grow and participate in regattas across the Northeast, our equipment needs are also growing. On race days, our rowers spend long hours at venues, often arriving before dawn and returning late in the evening. A trailer to haul adequate food, hydration, and basic supplies is essential to equip the rowers to be their most competitive.
