Maine Coast Rowing’s classes are meant to introduce basic technique and rowing skills, equipment familiarity, and safety awareness on the river.
New rowers are encouraged to take our learn to row classes multiple times until they feel comfortable launching and rowing. For rowers returning to the sport, learn to row classes serve as a review of skills and prepare you to move on to our recreational or team programs.
